Recently, Davis Law client Chantel Ray, owner of Chantel Ray Real Estate, was alleged to have infringed upon copyrighted material in her 2017 book “Waist Away the Chantel Ray Way.” The attorneys at Davis Law, PLC chose to pursue a preemptive ruling by a judge in Norfolk, Virginia to prove that Chantel did not infringe upon the copyrights of Weigh Down Ministries.
